"H" is for Hailey!

As a parent I don't think that there is any greater joy than watching your children interact with one another and knowing that they do so because they genuinely love one another and are "best friends."  With Taylor starting school this year I was a little afraid that she would become "too old" for her sister, or Hailey would no longer be an adequate playmate.  We are both very pleased that this is not even remotely the case!  They are both soooo excited to see each other by the end of the day that they are as thick as thieves for the rest of the evening.  We are so blessed!

At school Taylor talks often of Hailey and brings her up and draws her in quite a few of her assignments.  So it was not a huge surprise when discussing their favorite item that started with "H" for h letter week, that Taylor's was Hailey.  Taylor couldn't think of anything that she would rather bring for show and tell on Friday than her favorite "H" thing, her sister.

Hailey and I went to school and had lunch with Taylor and then played at recess prior to show and tell. Both Taylor and Hailey were soooo proud of eachother. Hailey fit right in with all of the kids and was in heaven! Taylor and Hailey both stood at the front of the class, where Taylor introduced Hailey.  The class then had a chance to ask Hailey some questions.  It was just great to watch. We have two really wonderful little girls!
