Today was Cherry Festival at Kimmel Orchard in Nebraska City, so we decided to go and pick cherries. Just like the strawberry picking, Hailey got very into it and did a great job picking the cherries. Taylor was not as enthusiastic, but did a good job too. The two of them were so excited to go. It was a lot of fun, and not unbearably hot either. We ended up picking almost 19 lbs! Here we come cherry pies!
We then followed the picking with naps, swim lessons, and playing in the pool. Overall a great day! We look forward to celebrating Father's Day with Daddy tomorrow and eating cherry pie! Happy Father's Day everyone!
