Well another Halloween has come and gone, and we had a lot of fun again this year! Along with helping me decorate the house and carve pumpkins (which Hailey still does not like pumpkin guts!). The girls also had a Halloween party!
We had a bunch of the girls friends over, and they had a Halloween scavenger hunt, made Monster Hands, and feasted on monster cupcakes, Halloweenie mummies, and edible eyeballs.
The girls did a great job directing me on how to design their pumpkins, and then they cut most of the pieces out themselves.
The girls costumes were super cute this year as well. Taylor was the Little Mermaid (of course) and Hailey was her best friend Flounder (thanks for the amazing costume Mom!). They looked super cute together.
I was lucky this year in that I was able to help with Hailey's preschool party and Taylor's school party. Hailey and I then returned to the school later in the day to join Taylor for her school's costume parade. We had a lot of fun.
The day concluded with a dinner of pumpkin biscuits, with orange sausage gravy, veggies, and orange milk. We saved time for trick-or-treating, of course, and we hit up the mall and the neighborhood around Taylor's school. The girls got more candy then they know what to do with!
Overall it was a really fun day! Hope everyone had a nice Halloween!
