The moment Shawn and I have been waiting for since the girls were old enough to walk and talk has come and gone! We have been soooo excited to take them to Disney World, and this summer was the time!
This was Hailey's first time on a plane, and Taylor's first time that she would remember. They were very excited and enjoyed it quite a bit. We had some turbulence coming in to Orlando, and Hailey kept telling me that the "Pilot drives crazy!" They also loved seeing Orlando lit up at night!
It was such a blast to see their faces and watch their reactions to their first sights of Magic Kingdom, and the rest of Disney World. Some of the highlights were eating turkey legs (Hailey had been talking about that one a lot before we went!), the Haunted Mansion, going to all of the different pools, Jelly Belly's at Goofy's candy store, shopping at the World of Disney (you should have seen how crazy Hailey was, and how collected Taylor was - total opposites!), and Enchanted Tales with Belle. The slide show is quite long, because I took a TON of pictures.
We did almost everything we could - Magic Kingdom (twice), pools, shopping, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. We got in some family time with Uncle Josh, who drove over from Tampa, and plenty of fun in the sun (it was very hot!). If only you could hold on to the magic for them forever!
