Our family absolutely loves the Christmas season, and what could be prettier than winter and Christmas celebrations in the mountains?!! We headed to the Whitefish/Glacier area (one of the girls' favorite places) this past weekend for the Whitefish annual Christmas Stroll. This was our second year of going and we have definitely started a new tradition. The scenery is gorgeous, and the girls love staying in a cabin at the base of the mountains.
This year we did the whole Christmas stroll, saw Santa (Hailey was not too sure of him this year), watched some fire jugglers (no girls, you cannot try that at home), had special hot cocoa, played in the snow, and watched a special Christmas movie at the theater. Unfortunately I got really sick Friday evening and was out of commission for an entire day, but thankfully Shawn and the girls did not let that dampen their fun! The weekend did wonders for putting us in the Christmas spirit!
